Assistant Office Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The duties associated with this position include a
balance between greeting visitors to the office,
answering and routing phone calls, providing clerical
and administrative support to the accounting,
bookkeeping, estimating, and operations including
project management, human resource and safety
departments. This position shall be supervised, on a
day-to-day basis, by the office manager/bookkeeper and
receive direction from all departments that require
assistance as needed. Needs for this position will
change and fluctuate based on company work load.
