210 George Street Renovations & Additions
ABS has been chosen by Tri-Point
Properties, Inc. of Downingtown, Pa. to perform
renovations and additions to the existing property at
210 George Street, Reading, PA.
The work will include demolition of the
majority of the interior spaces towards creating new
tenant space. A new spacious glass and steel lobby
addition with a new elevator will be constructed onto
the south end of the existing building.
Work started in late May 2007 and is
scheduled to be complete by early September 2007.

Approximate sf new addition: 600 sf
Approximate sf renovations: 43,000 sf
Value: $1.5 million
